Kevin F. Preston (Member)

Kevin Preston graduated from Fordham University and its School of Law, and has been with the firm since 1993. Before that, he practiced in New York City and in Michigan. Mr. Preston specializes in commercial, banking and real estate litigation, creditor-oriented bankruptcy matters, mortgage foreclosures, loan workouts, and corporate and real estate sales.

He has tried a substantial number of cases to verdict, in areas ranging from mortgage foreclosures and employment discrimination to contracts to corporate, real estate and civil rights matters, and has an active appellate practice. He has also lectured on the mortgage foreclosure process on behalf of the New York State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. 

He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, and served as its President beginning in 2015-16.  He is also President of the Board of Directors of the Middletown YMCA.  Kevin resides in the Town of Greenville, New York.
