| For many years, MacVean, Lewis,
Sherwin & McDermott, P.C. has represented
the interests of individuals, businesses and
developers before local City, Town and Village
Boards, Planning Boards and Zoning Boards
of Appeal. With the recent addition of Richard
Guertin to the firm, MLSM now also represents
a growing number of municipalities in the
area. Guertin brings to the firm over 20 years
experience in representing municipalities
such as the City of Middletown, City of Port
Jervis and the Town of Mount Hope. He served
as the full time Corporation Counsel for the
City of Middletown for many years as well
as the City’s Commissioner of Public
Works, and he currently represents the Town
of Wawayanda as well as the Town of Wallkill
for water and sewer issues. |
