Tom Clarke joined the firm in 1990, after graduating from Harvard College and St. John’s School of Law and practicing law for three years in New York City.

A significant portion of his practice comprises real estate matters, with a strong concentration in representing lending institutions in commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Clarke lives in Highland Mills, New York with his wife and four sons.
