Richard Guertin is the newest addition
to MLS&M, becoming of counsel effective
January 1, 2006.
Before joining the firm, he served as
full-time Judge of the City Court of
Middletown. For 17 years before that,
he was Middletown's Corporation Counsel,
and for a time served as both Corporation
Counsel and the Commissioner of Public
Works for the city. He also has maintained
a general practice in Middletown.
Mr. Guertin is a graduate of Hamilton
College and the New York University
School of law. He concentrates his practice
in the areas of municipal law/land use
law, criminal law, labor and employment
law and real estate.
Mr. Guertin resides in Middletown with
his wife and four children.
