John
Clancy joined the firm in 1998. He previously
was a member of the firm of Bull, Morreale,
Judelson & Clancy in Middletown,
New York.
After graduating from the
State University of New York at Oneonta,
Mr. Clancy served as an Internal Revenue
Agent with the Internal Revenue Service
in New York City, and as an Internal
Revenue Service Appeals Officer with
the New York State Regional Office before
obtaining his law degree magna cum laude from New York Law School, where he was
on the Law Review and served as its
Research Editor and Book Review Editor.
His practice concentrates in wills,
trusts and estates, estate and gift
tax, and business organization and planning.
